Kim Adams Pratt focuses her practice on Homeowners Associations, Land Use, Real Estate and Business Law.
Kim has recently returned to private practice after serving ten years as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Kent where she represented the City's Planning, Public Works, and Parks departments. She is currently working with Partner Gregory F. Cromwell in providing legal services to Homeowners' Associations, and practicing Land Use and Real Estate law. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, easements, covenants, and leases. Kim is well versed in the areas of SEPA, Shoreline Master Programs, Critical Areas regulations, and Land Use Appeals. She has dealt extensively with subdivisions, short plats, zoning, PUDs, flood regulations and other permit processing regulations including multiple projects involving the U.S. Department of the Army, Seattle District, Corps of Engineers.
Prior to working with Hanis, Irvine, Prothero, PLLC. and the City of Kent, Kim worked for the Curran Law Firm practicing Real Estate Law and Land Use law.
Kim spends her free time with her family at sporting and school events.
