Brian works with individual and business clients to provide competent representation in matters related to Business, Commercial Lessor/Lessee, Landlord-Tenant, Real Estate, Condemnation, Municipal, Construction,
Adoption and Bankruptcy, including handling litigation, mediations, and arbitrations.
In 2003, Brian became the first legal intern for Hanis Irvine Prothero, PLLC, while he attended law school. After passing the Bar Exam in 2004, he joined the firm as the first Associate Attorney hired out of law school. Prior to working for the firm, he worked for the Water Distribution crew for the City of Kent Water Department, while he attended undergraduate college.
As a long time resident of Kent and South King County, Brian has committed himself to a number of organizations to help better his community.

- Serves as a Director on the Foundation Board for Renton Technical College 2006 - 2009
- Active member of the Kent and Covington Chambers of Commerce
- Graduated from the Leadership Institute of South King County in 2007.
Brian has also volunteered at a number of organizations, churches, and schools including at a local high school as a football coach.
In addition to his community involvement,
Brian works with a number legal organizations.
Currently, he is serving as a Trustee on the South King County Bar
Association. He also works
regularly with local community centers to help provide legal assistance.

When Brian and his wife, Megan, are not working (Megan's a Math teacher at Kentridge High School) they spend every moment they can with their two children, Kayda and Dillon. Brian also enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, watching movies, playing any and all sports, working on his home, and is an avid sports junkie and fan - in particular, the Seattle Seahawks along with the other Seattle teams, and the teams of the universities he attended.
